Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via free standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days) to the United States (50 states). Currently, we are only shipping to the USA. If we expand into other countries or territories, this information will be updated on this website. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. Product ships from a USA location. We cannot cancel orders or cancel or delay shipping once your order has been placed.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Once the shipping carrier receives your package, we are not responsible for potential delays due to the services of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if there is an issue with your shipment/delivery. Keep in mind that it can take a couple of days for tracking updates to be available.
If there is a problem with the shipping address you entered/provided, we cannot be held liable for mis-delivery or lost shipment due to this. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will need to contact us to re-send your order to the correct address at your own shipping expense.
