RETURNS
If you change your mind after placing your order, Thompson's Tallow accepts returns on new, unused, unopened products in original condition/packaging within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns are not accepted on opened or used product. Additionally, returns may not be accepted on orders over $300.00.
To start a return, contact us via email at returns@thompsonstallow.com. Please include your order number. You will receive a reply via email with return instructions and a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible if the shipping carrier loses your return package. Items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please note, texture changes that occur during shipping/delivery due to heat or cold exposure do not render the product damaged or defective, as this is an intrinsic property of natural tallow when exposed to hot or very cold temperatures or direct sunlight. In the event of damage or defect or error, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue promptly and get a replacement order sent out at no additional cost to you. In this situation, please send an email to returns@thompsonstallow.com and include any applicable photos demonstrating the damage or problem. Include your order number.
REFUNDS
Once your return is inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@thompsonstallow.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item that you want is to order it and then request a return for the unwanted item(s). We do not process exchanges at this time.
